🔼  Ready For Roberts. OSU is 23-10 overall and atop the Big 12 standings with a 7-5 conference mark. The Cowboys open a five-game home stand tonight against Oral Roberts before a weekend showdown with West Virginia beginning Friday.

About Oral Roberts

  • ORU is 23-10 overall and coming off a three-game series sweep at Omaha.

  • Ryan Folmar is in his 11th season as ORU's head coach and owns a 342-220 career record. Folmar was a four-year letterwinner at Oklahoma State as a catcher from 1994-97

  • OSU is 37-39 all-time against ORU, including a 5-11 mark under Josh Holliday. Last season, the two teams split a pair of midweek games, with each winning on the other's home field.

🔼 Baha Ballin'. Oklahoma State's women's basketball team will be one of eight NCAA Division I women's basketball teams, seven of which qualified for postseason play in 2022-23, to appear at the 2023 Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship, Nov. 20 and 22, at the Baha Mar Resort. That number could rise as well as two additional spots remain to be finalized in the 10-team field.

Squads making the trip to the beautiful Baha Mar Resort include Columbia (28-6, 12-2 Ivy League in 2022-23), East Carolina (23-10, 11-5 American Athletic), Georgia (22-12, 9-7 Southeastern), Oklahoma State (21-12, 10-8 Big 12), Penn State (14-17, 4-14 Big Ten), Purdue (19-11, 9-8 Big Ten), Seton Hall (19-15, 10-10 Big East) and USC (21-10, 11-7 Pac-12).

🔼 Ready And Rising. Oklahoma State women's track & field entered the rankings for the first time this season at No. 25 in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. The Cowgirls moved up 35 spots in this week's poll following several impressive performances at the Jim Click Shootout this past weekend.

🔼 Pushing FOURward. Mike Gundy and select OSU players met with media to commence its fourth week of spring practice on Monday. Here is some of what they had to say.

🔼 Defending Dominance. Oklahoma State Equestrian is set to defend its NCEA National Championship this week in Ocala, Florida.

The Cowgirls enter as the three-seed, setting up a first-round matchup with six-seed Georgia. OSU defeated the Bulldogs, 11-8, when the teams met on February 11th and enters Ocala having won seven of its last eight meets. The winner of Oklahoma State-Georgia will take on the winner of Auburn-South Carolina in the national semifinal.

Cowgirls To Watch

  • After a dominant spring, the accolades have rolled in for Sydney North. The senior was named a second-team All-American while also earning a spot on the All-Big 12 Fences team after going 10-4 on the season with three MOPs.

  • In a season in which she went 9-2-1, Claire McDowall went seven-straight meets without a loss heading into the Big 12 Championship. After losing by a point-and-a-half in the semifinal, the second-team All-American redeemed herself by winning her point in the championship meet before being named to the All-Big 12 Horsemanship team.

  • Riley Hogan has put together an impressive first two years in Stillwater, compiling a 17-5 record over two seasons. The sophomore was named a Second-Team All-American and to the All-Big 12 Fences team after going 11-3 this year with three MOPs.

  • Jojo Roberson has compiled a resume few can match in her time as a Cowgirl. Now the senior enters what could be her final NCEA National Championship as a two-time All-American and three time-All Big 12 selection after going 9-3 in Reining and 8-4 in Horsemanship with five MOPs this season.

  • Quincee Clark will enter Ocala on a five-meet unbeaten streak after going 2-0 at the Big 12 Championship. The sophomore was named All-America Honorable Mention in Reining after going 8-2-2 on the season and returns to the NCEA National Championship having won two points there a year ago for the Cowgirls.
