📈 STOCK UP
🔼 Stormin’ In Stillwater. The magical season continues for the OSU women’s hoops team.
An epic second half comeback by the Cowgirls earned them a 60-59 home victory over #9 TCU and a court stormin’ by the raucous crowd.
Down 15 at halftime, OSU allowed just 20 second-half points and outscored TCU 20-11 in the final quarter to pull off the victory.
Once again, Stailee Heard led the way with 17 points, while Jadyn Wooten scored 10 of her 14 points in the fourth quarter. Anna Gret Asi was the third Cowgirl in double-figures with 10.
It’s the first top-10 victory for the Cowgirls since 2017.
🔼 Three Of A Kind. The season is just weeks away, but a trio of Cowgirls are already earning praise before stepping onto the field in 2025.
Karli Godwin, Ruby Meylan and Megan Delgadillo were all recognized this week by D1 Softball with spots on the Preseason All-America Second Team.
Godwin returns after a monster freshman season last spring, while Meylan and Delgadillo are two impact transfers looking to help OSU return to the WCWS yet again.
