🔼 Crown Her. For the second straight year, the Cowgirls have a trophy heading back to Stillwater.

On Monday, Anastasiya Komar capped off her run at the ITA Central Regional Championships by bringing home the title, taking down Wichita State's Xin Tong Wang in the final.

She follows fellow Cowgirl Ange Oby Kajuru, who won the event last year.

🔼 Lace ‘Em Up. The journey isn’t over.

On Monday, OSU head coach David Taylor announced that he will lace them up at the upcoming Senior World Championships at the end of the month in Albania.

"It's something that everyone in this room is aspiring to do," Taylor said. "So, I think it's a good thing for the guys to continue to see that. I'm excited to go wrestle."

Scheduled for October 28-31 in Tirana, Albania, the 2024 World Championships feature competition in the four weight classes not included at the Paris Olympics this past summer.

🔼 Pokin’ Around. Another Sunday on the fall calendar. Another Sunday full of Pokes making plays.

Former OSU star Amen Ogbongbemiga returned to the sack column for the first time since the 2021 season with a sack in the Bears’ win across the pond over the Jaguars.

Chuba Hubbard continued his hot streak for the Panthers with his fourth straight game over 90+ rushing yards, finishing with 18 carries for 92 yards, while adding five catches for 11 yards for Carolina.

In Detroit’s blowout win over Dallas, Malcolm Rodriguez notched three tackles and picked up a fumble recovery late in the victory.

🎥 OSUMAX: FACE-TO-FACE

Former OSU golfer Austin Eckroat helped lead the Cowboy Golf Team to
the 2018 National Championship at Karsten Creek. In 2024 he won his
first PGA Tour event at the Cognizant Classic.

He recently returned to Stillwater for the Cowboy Golf Pro-Am and sat down
with OSU Golf Sports Information Director Ryan Cameron to talk about
his time in Stillwater, his first win on tour and his love for Cowboy Golf.

🎉 TRIVIA ANSWER

Answer: Four.

Taylor will travel overseas looking for his third consecutive gold medal at the World Championships following victories in 2022 and 2023.

A four-time gold medalist on the world level, Taylor captured his first title in 2018 before adding another at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He also brought home silver at 2021 Worlds to give him five total medals throughout his career.

🤠 Have a great one, y’all!
