That’s the date that the Coach Taylor era officially gets underway for Cowboy Wrestling.

This week, some of the Cowboys and Coach Taylor jumped in front of the mics to preview what’s to come this season on the mats.

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Connect Four. Six straight games without a loss and four straight victories, not too shabby for the OSU women’s soccer squad.

That’s what the Cowgirls achieved on Thursday night with their 3-0 home win over Iowa State. The three points clinched a spot in the Big 12 Tournament and now has OSU in fourth, a spot that would give the Cowgirls a bye in the first round.

Laudan Wilson had a career-best two goals, while Logan Heausler added to her team-leading total with her seventh goal of the season.

The shutout marked the 14^th of the season for OSU, tying it for the second most in a single season in program history. The Cowgirls also had 14 in 2009 while the 2011 squad had a record 18.

OSU returns to Friday night lights when they travel to Provo to battle 14th-ranked BYU on ESPN in a critical Big 12 matchup.

following her freshman season.
