🙌 HOST WITH THE MOST

Nobody plays hosts like the Pokes.

This week, OSU learned that they will soon play host for not one, not two, but THREE future NCAA postseason events.

The Pokes will host a 2027 Division I Men's Golf Regional and the 2027 Division I Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships in Stillwater, plus 2028 Division I Men's Basketball First and Second Rounds at the BOK Center in Tulsa.

The Cowboys welcome the West Virginia Mountaineers to Stillwater this weekend.

OSU is trying to end a two-game losing skid, while the Mountaineers are coming off their first bye week of the 2024 season. Clint Chelf and Deion Imade break down

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Earning The Ink. Nine times, former OSU star Jacobe Smith stepped into the ocatgon at the professional level.

Nine times, he left a winner, seven of them via the KO.

On Tuesday night, Smith earned a UFC contract after picking up a KO win in week 8️⃣ of the Dana White Contender Series.

🔼 Fall Ballin’. It was a picture perfect night at Cowgirl Stadium and the action on the field matched the atmosphere.

Megan Bloodworth and Tallen Edwards both launched HRs to lead a dominant 14-0 victory over Seminole State in 10 innings of fall exhibition action. The duo combined for five hits and five RBIs on the evening.

The Pokes threw six pitchers in the contest. RyLee Crandall, Katie Kutz, Madison Hoffman, Ruby Meylan, Kyra Aycock and Kathryn Ogg split the 10 innings near equally. They combined for 13 strikeouts, while allowing only two hits.

The offense recorded 17 total hits, 13 RBIs and eight walks. Nine different Cowgirls got a hit in the game, while six batters had multiple hits. 

🏈 THE ROAD AHEAD

No doubt about it. The Cowboys are hungry to turn things around.

After back-to-back losses to nationally-ranked, Big 12 opponents, OSU returns to BPS this weekend for a showdown with West Virginia.

On Monday, Coach Gundy and some Cowboys talked about the week ahead.
