🔼 Keep ‘Em Coming. Oklahoma State Cowgirl Stailee Heard was named to the Jersey Mike’s Naismith Trophy Women’s College Player of the Year Watch List! The honor comes one day after she was named to the Cheryl Miller Award watch list. The Sapulpa native averaged 16.8 points and 8.2 rebounds last season.

🔼 Chasing Championships. Oklahoma State’s men’s and women’s cross country teams will compete in the Big 12 Cross Country Championships today. The Cowboys, ranked No. 2 nationally, are chasing their 14th Big 12 title, led by top runners Brian Musau and Denis Kipngetich. The Cowgirls, seeking their first title since 2022, are led by freshmen Isca Chelangat and Maureen Rutoh. The men’s race will begin at 10 a.m. and the women’s will follow at 11 a.m. on ESPN+.

🔼 Sunflower State Showdown. Cowboy football is on the road in the Sunflower State this weekend. They’ll play at Kansas tomorrow at 3 p.m. on ESPN+.
