🔼 The Time Has Come. The warm up is over. The work has been put in. It’s showtime.

Excitement is high for this year’s OSU wrestling squad, who will officially kick off the Coach Taylor era on tonight against Utah Valley State.

🔼 Running It Back. The goal is simple. Earn a spot in Wisconsin. No not for the cheese, but a ticket to the NCAA Cross Country Championships.

This morning in Peoria, Ill., the Cowboys and Cowgirls will lace them up at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships looking to earn a spot at the national meet next weeekend.

In order to secure automatic qualification to the NCAA Championships, both teams will have to finish in the top 2, with the possibility for each to earn at at-large bid with top-4 finishes. At last year's regional, the Cowboys and Cowgirls dominated the proceedings at home as they scored a combined 49 points, which was less than any team scored for an individual gender.

🔼 Three Of A Kind. For the first time since 2020, the OSU men’s hoops squad is 3-0.

On Thursday, the Pokes once again put on an offensive display, powering past Southern Illinois, 85-78 on Thursday night at GIA.

Four Cowboys finished in double-figures, led by Abou Ousmane and Brandon Newman, who poured in 18 points apiece. Marchelus Avery added 11, while Bryce Thompson chipped in 10 points.

🔼 Let’s Dance. The postseason dance begins today for the OSU soccer squad, who kicks off their 2024 NCAA Tournament with quite a test, facing off against the most prolific offense in the country in second-seeded Arkansas.

In 29 seasons of program history, the Cowgirls have reached the NCAA Tournament 14 times, advancing past the first round on eight occasions.

🎥 OSUMAX: DANCING AGAIN

After a historic season in many ways,
the OSU women’s soccer team is back in the dance.

On Monday, the Cowgirls learned their NCAA Tournament fate,
which begins on Friday with one of the nation’s prolific offenses in Arkansas.

Go behind-the-scenes as the squad learned where their postseason would begin.
