TGIF Cowboys and Cowgirls. For Stailee Heard, Thursday’s game meant a little more than just basketball.

The Oklahoma native showed up and showed out in a big way for the Cowgirls.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys head to TCU this weekend looking to
snap a six-game losing streak in Big 12 play.

🔼 Connect Four. With her family’s roots being celebrated, Stailee Heard made sure to celebrate in her own way.

She scored 16 of her 19 points in the first two quarters and helped the OSU women’s basketball team improve to 2-0 with an 89-68 victory over visiting Oral Roberts on Thursday.

Heard was one of four Cowgirls in double-figures, led by Micah Gray, who poured in 25, while Alexia Smith (19) and Tenin Magassa (11) also filled up the scoring column.

🔼 Carolina On The Mind. In the midst of his best pro season to date, Chuba Hubbard has his future plans locked down.

On Thursday, the Carolina Panthers announced a four-year contract extension with the former OSU star, who has rushed for 665 yards and five TDs in nine games. His average of 5.0 yards per carry is the best of his career and ranks fifth in the NFL.

🔼 Almost Showtime. We are just one week from the start of the OSU wrestling dual meet schedule, but this weekend, the Cowboys will hit the mats for the first time in 2024-25.

The action is kicks off in East Lansing as 14 different OSU wrestlers will compete in the Michigan State Open.

🔼 He Gone. With his team down a score in a critical divisional matchup, former OSU star Tylan Wallace came through at the perfect time.

Wallace caught this quick out route from Lamar Jackson and blistered his way down the sidelines for 82 yards and his first score of the 2024 season to help the Ravens improve to 7-3 with a 35-34 win over Cincinnati.

The former Poke finished with a career-best 115 yards in the victory.

OSU sophomore guard Stailee Heard is primed for a successful second season in Stillwater after earning All-Big 12 Freshman team honors. For Stailee, her pride runs deep for her Native American culture.

This year's N7 game also has a special importance behind it as she gets to face-off against her sister for the first time when Oral Roberts comes to Stillwater.
