No matter if they’ve been Cowboys for a few weeks or their entire lives,
the goal for OSU Wrestling is clear: A National Championship.
In the third and final part of TRADITION CONTINUES: A New Era for Cowboy Wrestling, we sit down with some of the long-time members of the program
as well as the newcomers to get the full perspective on the focus and
goal of the Pokes for this season.

is a MUST WATCH for all fans of collegiate wrestling.
📈 STOCK UP
🔼 Six Pack of Ws. Facing off against their highest ranked opponent of the season, the third-ranked Cowboys delivered yet another early season statement as they head into holiday break.
OSU rolled past #7 Virginia Tech, 34-9, to push their record to a perfect 6-0.
The Cowboys won eight of 10 matches on the night, highlighted by six bonus-point outings and three wins over Hokies ranked in the top 10. As a team, OSU racked up 25 takedowns and surrendered just three as it surpassed 30 team points for the sixth dual in a row.
🔼 Holiday Hoopin’. Before heading home for the holidays, the Pokes have a few more things on their to-do list.
The 10-1 Cowgirls enter Big 12 Conference play red-hot and will host the Cyclones of Iowa State on Saturday at GIA. ISU is 9-4 this season. Tip time is set for 4 pm.
Coach Lutz and the Cowboys look to close out non-conference play as Oral Roberts visits Stillwater for a Sunday afternoon showdown. Tip time is set for 2 pm.
🔼 Court Is In Session (Soon). While the temps may be cooler now, the courts are going to heat up quickly after the holidays.
This week, the OSU men’s tennis team announced a loaded spring schedule to prepare them for postseason aspirations in late spring. That schedule starts in less than a month with the Cowboys kicking things off on Jan. 11th at home.

🎥 OSUMAX: A TRUE COWBOY
Brennan Presley is the ultimate Oklahoma State Cowboy living each day
by the Cowboy Code. Presley gave his all on and off the field and will
leave his mark on the program as one of the top receivers in school history.
He earned the school record in receptions for a career (315), 6th in
receiving yards (3,315) and 7th in touchdown receptions (23). Presley is
also one of only four players in school history with over 5,000 all-purpose yards
in a career joining Terry Miller, Thurman Thomas and Barry Sanders.

As we mentioned, in their win over Virginia Tech, OSU racked up 30 team points for a sixth straight dual to start the season.
