🔼 The Finishers. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.

That saying definitely held true on Tuesday night in Utah as the 24th-ranked Cowgirls used a dominant fourth quarter to earn a hard-fought 68-64 win over the Utes.

Entering the game, Utah was one of the hottest teams in the country having won seven straight and holding a 13-1 ledger on their home court.

But OSU had other ideas, particularly Micah Gray and Praise Egharevba.

Gray scored nine of her 18 points in the final 11 minutes of the contest, while Egharevba added a double-double with 10 point and 11 rebounds.

🔼 Come One, Come All. While the weather certainly isn’t ideal outside, the weather is perfectly fine in Gallagher-Iba Arena.

Tonight, OSU is offering fans FREE admission to the men’s hoops game against UCF, set to tip off at 8 pm.

Season ticket holders will have priority for their locations, and POSSE Lots 4 and 6B will be enforced. All other parking and non-premium seating are available on a first-come, first-served basis with doors opening one hour before tipoff.

🔼 Slingin’ It. The sun wasn’t the only thing shining this past weekend at the Clearwater Invitational for the OSU softball program.

The right arm of sophomore hurler Katie Kutz was shining bright as well, picking up three wins, all against nationally-ranked competition, on the weekend.

Across her four appearances on the weekend, which included a scoreless outing against then-RV/RV Auburn (now No. 20/18), the McLean, Va., native held a 1.20 ERA in 11.2 IP and totaled 10 strikeouts while not allowing any extra-base hits.

For her performance, Kutz was named Big 12 Pitcher Of The Week.
