📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Starting Strong. The third-ranked OSU wrestling squad got off to a strong start on Thursday, opening up action at the 2025 NCAA Wrestling Championships by posting its highest opening day point total since 2013.
The Cowboys are just one point behind second-place Nebraska and first-place Penn State has 39.5 points. The rest of the field is nine points behind OSU. It's also worth noting that Cowboys' six quarterfinalists are the second-most of any team in the field. Penn State has 10 and no other team has more than five.
The Cowboy quarterfinalists, who finished the day 2-0 each, include Troy Spratley at 125 pounds, Caleb Fish at 157 pounds, Cameron Amine at 165 pounds, Dean Hamiti Jr. at 174 pounds, Dustin Plott at 184 pounds and Wyatt Hendrickson at heavyweight.

🔼 Let’s Dance. Tomorrow in Storrs, the seventh-seeded OSU Cowgirls kick off action at the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2023.
This year’s squad has already posted 25 victories, the third-best single-season total in program history.
OSU will square off with 10th-seeded South Dakota State, who enters the dance with a 29-3 mark on the year. Tip time in Storrs is set for 2:30.
The winner will face the winner of the contest between #2 UCONN and #15 Arkansas State on Monday.

🔼 Sunday Showdown. The Cowboys are looking to extend OSU’s 43rd postseason trip a few more days when they head south to Dallas to take on top-seeded SMU in a Sunday afternoon showdown.
The winner will advance to the regional finals and compete for a spot in the NIT semifinals at historic Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Prior to the start of this year, the two teams battle in a charity scrimmage in the first appearance with their new head coaches for both programs.
Tip time in Dallas is set for 2 p.m.
🏈 SHOWIN’ OUT AT THE STAR
While the wrestling squad is looking to show out in Philly, nearly 20 football alums are looking to show out in a different way.
This week, 18 former Pokes are lacing them up and putting their best foot forward at the second annual Big 12 Pro Day hosted at The Star in Frisco.
Beginning on Tuesday and running through today, stars from all the Big 12 institutions are on hand to showcase their skills in front of professional organizations from around the NFL and around the world.
