🔼 Captain America. This will forever be one of those weekends that Pokes fans will talk about for years and years to come.
In front of a jam-packed Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, OSU standouts Wyatt Hendrickson and Dean Hamiti Jr. thrilled the crowd and were crowned individual National Champions.
Both delivered upsets with Hendrickson’s making shock waves through the sport, taking down Olympic gold medalist Gable Steveson (Minnesota) to win the heavyweight title. Hamiti delivered an upset of his own by defeating two-time national champion Keegan O'Toole to take home the crown at 174 pounds.
OSU finished in third place in the team standings with 102.5 points to mark its best finish since 2021 and highest point total since 2017.

🔼 Viktor-y Once Again. Former OSU star Viktor Hovland has not been quiet about working through his recent struggles on the course.
On Sunday, that hard work paid off as Hovland posted three birdies in the final five holes to secure the victory at the Valspar Championship and earn his seventh career PGA TOUR victory.

🔼 Not So Fast, My Friend. And the Pokes just keep fighting for more.
The 2024-25 OSU men’s hoops squad doesn’t want their season to end just yet as the fourth-seeded Cowboys fought their way to an 85-83 road victory over top-seeded SMU on Sunday.
Veteran Bryce Thompson knocked down 11 of his 18 shots for 24 points to lead the way, while Abou Ousmane added 18 points, five rebounds and four blocks.
The Cowboys now return home to GIA to face second-seeded North Texas at 8 pm. A victory on Tuesday would earn OSU a spot in the NIT semifinals at historic Hinkle Fieldhouse.

🔼 Walkin’ It Off. Earning a Big 12 victory is always fun.
Earning it in walk off fashion is even better.
That’s what the 13th-ranked OSU softball squad did this past weekend, getting a dramatic two-out walk-off home run from Amanda Hasler in extra innings in the rubber match of the series to improve to 19-7 on the year.
