🎥 OSUMAX: THE GUNSLINGER BATTLE

Spring Football is well underway for the Cowboys and four quarterbacks are in a battle during practice. Returners Garret Rangel, Maealiuaki Smith and Zane Flores are joined by transfer Hauss Hejny as the foursome competes for the coveted starting job.

🔼 Back 2 Back. They liked it so much last year, they thought they’d do it again this spring.

For the second consecutive season, the 19th-ranked OSU women’s tennis team clinched a share of the Big 12 regular season championship with a clean sweep of visiting Iowa State, 4-0, this past weekend.

The Cowgirls finish the regular season at 18-6 and 12-1 in conference play, tying them with UCF and Texas Tech atop the final Big 12 standings. OSU will be the third seed in this week’s Big 12 Tournament in Waco, awaiting their opponent for Friday afternoon.

🔼 In Good Company. For the third time in the past five years, former OSU standout Viktor Hovland found himself near the top of the leaderboard entering the weekend at the Masters.

Hovland finished Sunday’s final round at 2-under for the tournament to earn a top-25 finish for the third time since 2021.

🔼 Weekend Work. While some of us may use the weekend to relax, the OSU track & field squads take the exact opposite approach.

The Pokes were busy once again this past weekend, sending competitors to the Arkansas Spring Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark., and up north to the KT Woodman Classic in Wichita, Kan.
