🔼 Standout Stacking. Oklahoma State's women's basketball team has bolstered its roster with Big 12 experience with the addition of Ioanna Chatzileonti it was announced by head coach Jacie Hoyt. A 6’3” forward, she comes to Stillwater after spending three seasons at Kansas.

This past year, the Athens Greece native started five of the 11 games in which she saw action, averaging 7.1 points and grabbing 5.9 rebounds per contest.

🔼 Las Vegas Limbo. Several current and future Cowboy wrestlers will compete this weekend at the U.S. Open Championships in Las Vegas, taking the first step in their bid to become a world team member.

Oklahoma State is sending nine current wrestlers to the tournament with four competing in the senior men's freestyle division, five competing in U20 men's freestyle. The three highest-ranked recruits in this year's signing class will also be competing in the U20 men's freestyle tournament. Daton Fix, however, will not compete due to illness.

The U.S. Open Championships began on Wednesday and will conclude on Monday evening. A live stream and brackets will be available for fans at FloWrestling.org.

🔼 Michigan Menaces. Winners of five in a row, OSU is 28-13 overall and second in the Big 12 standings with an 11-7 conference mark. Up next, the Cowboys travel to Ann Arbor for a weekend series at Michigan.

Know Thy Opponent:

• Michigan is 21-18 on the season and coming off a series win at home against Michigan State.

• Tracy Smith is in his first season as UM's head coach. Smith has previous head coaching stops at Miami (Ohio), Indiana and Arizona State and has over 800 career wins.

• OSU is 5-2 all time against Michigan, with all seven meetings coming under Josh Holliday. The two teams last met in 2019 at the Dodgertown Classic at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, with the Cowboys winning, 3-2, in 10 innings. They also played three-game series in Ann Arbor in 2015 and in Stillwater in 2016; OSU won 2-of-3 games in each of those.
