🔼 Making Moves. The second-ranked OSU men’s golf squad made sure to take advantage of “moving day” at the NCAA Regionals in Urbana on Tuesday.
Firing a 9-under, the best round of the day by five shots, the Cowboys rocketed up the leaderboard into second place heading into today’s final round. OSU and UNLV are tied at 7-under, three shots behind the leader and tournament host, Illinois.
Four Cowboys broke par on Tuesday with Filip Fahlberg-Johnsson leading the way with his 68. The freshman rose 10 spots into a tie for ninth place with his 3-under score. Fahlberg-Johnsson turned in a blemish-free scorecard with two birdies on his outward nine. He would post eight pars and a birdie at the 12th to close his round.
Sophomores Ethan Fang, Preston Stout and Eric Lee all posted 2-under 69s.

🔼 Smart Cookies. The mat wasn’t the only place that the OSU wrestling program piled up success this winter.
On Tuesday, five Cowboys were named to the 2025 Winter Academic All-Big 12 Team, marking the 14th straight season that OSU has had five or more selections to the team.
To qualify for this accomplishment, these student-athletes had to maintain a 3.20 GPA or higher, either cumulatively or from the two previous semesters, and must have participated in 20 percent of the team's scheduled contests. To be recognized with a perfect GPA, student-athletes must maintain a 4.00 GPA cumulatively or over the last two semesters.
