🎥 OSUMAX: AWARDS SEASON

OSU Max, the official content network for Oklahoma State Athletics, is proud to announce that two of their projects, “Out Of Nowhere: The Barry Sanders Story” and “Resilience: The Story of The 2023 OSU Football Team”, have been nominated for a Heartland Regional Emmy Award. 

It is the third and fourth Emmy nominations earned by OSU Max, following the 2023 nomination of the original series, “The Follow" and its episode titled, “Growing Season.”

🔼 Movin’ On. One down, three to go.

The title defense started on Wednesday for the OSU baseball program as the Cowboys grinded their way past a fiesty Baylor team, earning a 4-3 victory, marking their 10th win in the past 11 games.

Mario Pesca was outstanding in relief to earn the win out of the bullpen. The right-hander tossed 3 2/3 shutout innings, allowing just two hits and striking out a pair, to improve to 7-2 on the season.

Gabe Davis retired all three batters he faced in the ninth for his third save of the season.

Offensively, the Cowboys had just five hits, with Kollin Ritchie and Colin Brueggemann picking up RBIs.

🔼 Doublin’ Down. They may have arrived to Stillwater from across the world, but now, they’ve got some Red, White & Blue on their resume.

Anastasiya Komar and Rose Marie Nijkamp of OSU's women's tennis team were named ITA All-Americans in doubles after finishing the season ranked in the top 10 nationally.

This is the second consecutive season that Komar has earned the honor in doubles, while Nijkamp draws her first All-America nod after an impressive freshman season. Komar becomes just the fourth player in program history to earn multiple All-America selections in doubles, joining Monika Waniek, Lisa Marie Rioux and Ayumi Miyamoto.

OSU has now had 29 All-America selections in program history, including 17 during the Chris Young era.

🎾 Recapping The Award-Winning Seasons

🔼 Movin’ On Up. Not one, but ✌️ former Pokes are changing addresses.

RHP Juaron Watts-Brown (Blue Jays) and OF Zach Ehrhard (Red Sox) both got called up to Double-A in their respective organizations. They will both be in the Eastern League and could square off against each other when the two teams meet during the first week of July.

🎥 OSUMAX: THE BIG 1-0!

The Cowboys vs. Cancer Cowboy Classic Golf Tournament hosted at the Stillwater Country Club by the Eddie Sutton Foundation held it's 10th anniversary tournament.

Go inside the action and hear how the impact of the event is is giving back to
kids going through pediatric cancer.
