🔼 On The Big Stage. Oklahoma State track & field begins its NCAA Outdoor Championship run today! There will be 15 Pokes competing for titles today through Saturday in Eugene, Oregon.

🔼 Gains With Cain. Cowgirl basketball announced the hire of Glenn Cain as the new strength & conditioning coach. He spent the last five years at Rutgers and has had stops at New Mexico, Kansas, and Frostburg State.

🔼 Bring The Spark. Former Cowgirl pitcher Ruby Meylan has been named to the AUSL’s Oklahoma City Spark reserve pool! To start the season, reserve pool players will fill roster spots of various AUSL players who are completing overseas commitments.
