🔼 Seeing Silver. Opening day at the NCAA Championships in Eugene started in a BIG way for OSU on Wednesday night.
Senior Blair Anderson highlighted it all with a silver medal performance in the long jump.
Anderson leapt 8.02 meters (+2.4 wind) on his first attempt, a distance that held up as the second-best in the field and earned him first team earn All-America honors. The jump was an all-conditions personal best and the second-longest in program history.
The senior's runner-up finish caps a standout season for Anderson, who was also crowned Big 12 Champion indoors earlier this spring and entered the championships as the No. 3 qualifier out of the NCAA West Prelims.
🔼 All-American Guy. Make that 151.
On Wednesday, OSU southpaw Harrison Bodendorf earned 2025 All-America honors from the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association. He becomes the 151 player in OSU baseball history to be named an All-American.
Bodendorf was named to the NCBWA All-America Second Team.
In his first season in Stillwater, Bodendorf posted a 10-1 record and 3.30 ERA in 17 appearances, 16 of those as a starter. He was named the Big 12 Co-Newcomer of the Year and an All-Big 12 First Team performer.
🔼 Sideline Shuffle. After a historic 2024-25 season, the OSU women’s hoops team will have some familiar faces in new spots on the sidelines.
Finalizing the staff for the upcoming season, Terran Hoyt was named an assistant coach and Cali Mercer elevated to the program's director of basketball administration.
