⛳️ TITLETOWN, USA

It was a busy weekend for the #GolfSchool.

As if winning the National Championship wasn’t enough, the Cowboys continued their winning ways on the amateur circuit, starting with Ethan Fang, who became the first OSU men’s golfer since 1967 to win The Amateur Championship, doing so at Royal St. George's.

With his victory, Fang earned the championship trophy, a gold medal as well as entry into the 153rd Open, next year's U.S. Open and The Masters and a DP World Tour Event.

A few hours later, Fang’s teammate, Preston Stout, followed closely behind with a victory of his own, capturing the top spot at the 63rd Northeast Amateur Invitational at Wannamoisett Country Club in Rhode Island.

The rising junior fired a 4-under 65 to finish at 9-under 267 and eight shots clear of the field. With his victory, Stout joins Peter Uihlein (2011) as Cowboys to win the event.

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Running Man. When you complete one of the best seasons in OSU history, you’re going to gain some recognition.

This spring, he claimed his third career NCAA title and second national title of the athletic year in the 5,000 Meters at the NCAA Outdoor Championships earlier this month. He defended his NCAA indoor title in the 5K with another dominant performance at the outdoor championships, taking the lead with 400 meters to go and fending off late challenges from Villanova's Marco Langon and New Mexico's Habtom Samuel.

🔼 Giving Back. For the OSU women’s hoops program, the focus this summer may be reloading for another historic season on the courts, but there’s no better feeling than stepping out to lend a helping hand in the community like the Cowgirls did this past week.

🔼 Roccin’ It. He may be at a different level now, but the results have stayed the same for former OSU standout Roc Riggio.

After missing some time with an injury, Riggio has returned with a red hot bat for the Double-A Somerset Patriots.

Across three different levels, Riggio has played in 35 games in the Yankees farm system, hitting 13 HRs in 130 at-bats and posting an OPS of 1.050.

⏱️ COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF: 6️⃣6️⃣ DAYS

66 days away from kickoff..

One of the many new faces on the OSU roster this fall will be #6️⃣6️⃣ Louie Canepa, a transfer from New Mexico State.

Last season, he played in 14 games for the Aggies during their historic 10-win since, the program’s first since 1960.

Canepa made 10 starts at NMSU, helping pave the way for the nation’s 14th best rushing attack.
