🔼 High Five! What a historic run for OSU great Jacob Fincham-Dukes.

On Tuesday, he wrapped up his stay at the 2024 Olympics by posting the best-ever finish for a former Cowboy in an individual event at the Olympics.

Fincham-Dukes made the final with the final jump of the qualifying round at 7.96 meters. In the final, He equaled that mark on his first attempt before launching his competition-best 8.14 meters on his second try. That mark was good enough to secure his top 5 finish for Great Britain after entering the Olympics ranked No. 20 in the world.

Former Cowboy sprinter J.W. Mashburn earned the program's lone gold medal as a member of the United Stated 4x400 Meter Relay squad at the 1956 Olympics in Melbourne.

🔼 One Week. This time next week, we’ll be celebrating our first Pokes GAMEDAY of the year!

That’s right, the official start of the 2024-25 OSU athletic calendar is just seven days away as the Cowgirl squad will open its season at Nebraska next Thursday at 7 pm.

🔼 Give ‘Em A Hale Yeah! One of the all-time greats in the kicking game at OSU has a new residence.

This week, All-Conference honoree Alex Hale inked a training camp contract with the Green Bay Packers.

Hale made 43 field goals with the Cowboys, which ranks eighth all-time and his field-goal percentage places him fifth in program history.

🔼 Grindin. The Coach Lutz era is well underway in Stillwater and one thing is for sure, the Cowboys are getting their work in.

With a few weeks left during the summer, the Pokes rank among the nation’s top programs in shots put up during their summer workouts.

⏱ COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF: 23 DAYS

Number of the Day: 23

23 times to the house.

That’s how often Ollie Gordon found paydirt during his
historic 2023 campaign and he’s back for more this fall.

Gordon finished with 21 rushing TDs and two receiving TDs for the Cowboys.

🎥 OSUMAX: EMBRACE THE GRIND

The 2024 Cowboys began camp as one of the most experienced
teams in the country, returning 20 starters from a team
finishing 10-4 in 2023.

Among the group returning are five starters on the offensive line and
others with experience helping the program build a solid foundation.
