Good Morning, Pokes! That’s one way to close the nonconference slate! Oklahoma State football filled the end zone and gave Cowboy fans plenty to enjoy Saturday night.

🔼 Stillwater Stampede. Oklahoma State quarterback Drew Mestemaker completed 20-of-22 passes for 324 yards and five touchdowns as Oklahoma State rolled past Murray State 59-0. The Cowboys scored on nine of their first 10 drives and finished with 662 yards, marking the program’s first 600-yard outing since 2023. Justin Bowick did all of his damage before halftime, setting career highs with nine catches and 178 yards while hauling in two touchdowns. Backup quarterback Broderick Vehrs saw action, throwing for 37 yards and a touchdown.

Next stop: West Virginia. The Cowboys open Big 12 play Saturday at 6 p.m. CT in Morgantown.

🔼 Finished Fifth. Cowboy golf tied for fifth at the Fighting Illini Invitational. They shot 27-under to tie Florida. Preston Stout tied for 10th-place.

🔼 Historic Card. Cowgirl Golf’s Reagan Bushnell fired the third-lowest round in program history during the Schooner Fall Classic, shooting 5-under, 65, on opening day. The Cowgirls sit tied for fifth as they enter the final day of play.
