Ollie Gordon scampered for 136 yards and a score, Alex Hale tied a school record and the Cowboy defense came up with the big play when needed to thrill the home crowd.

🔼 Call to the Hall. His view point of the mat may be different, but his impact remains the same.
This past weekend, current OSU wrestling assistant Tyler Caldwell was inducted into the Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
Originally from Wichita, Kan., Caldwell is one of four members in the 2023 class, which also includes a trio of legendary Kansas high school wrestling coaches in Andy Niemczyk, Doug Vander Linden and Travis Keal.
Caldwell graduated from Goddard High School in 2009 as one of the most accomplished wrestlers in Kansas history. He was a four-time Kansas state champion, compiling an impressive 150-4 record throughout his career and set a state record with 125 career falls.
Following back-to-back All-American seasons at Oklahoma, including an NCAA runner-up finish as a sophomore, Caldwell transferred to Stillwater, where he continued to compete at the highest level. As a Cowboy, Caldwell posted a 63-9 record with 30 bonus point victories. He earned All-American status in each of his two seasons in an orange singlet, reaching the NCAA finals once again as a senior, to become a four-time All-American and two-time NCAA finalist.
🔼 Heaney, Texas Ranger. No, he’s not Chuck Norris, but he is a Texas Ranger.
Andrew Heaney stepped up in a big way for the Texas Rangers over the weekend, taking the ball and tossing 3.2 strong innings to limit the potent Baltimore Oriole offense to just one run and help his squad earn the Game 1 win in the American League Division Series.
Heaney was making just his second career postseason appearance after making one appearance for the Los Angeles Dodgers last October.
The former Cowboy and his Rangers teammates are now just one win away from a spot in the American League Championship Series.

🤔 COWBOY TRIVIA
Nick at Night. What a night for Mr. Martin.
A career-high 17 tackles. Chip in a sack, a career-best 2.5 tackles for a loss and his first INT of his career… we’d say that’s a solid night on the gridiron.
His 17 tackles was the most by a Cowboy since 2016.
Who had those 19 tackles back in 2016 against OU?
Got a guess?
