🎥 OSUMAX: CALLING THE COWBOYS

Dave Hunziker, John Holcomb and Robert Allen are entering
their 20th season together calling Oklahoma State Football games.

The trio has been a part of big wins and moments since 2005. Learn
more about their relationship and hear stories from inside the booth

🔼 Connect Four. This week, Watch List season continued for the Cowboys.

Four more Pokes were recognized with spots on Watch List with Brennan Presley and Rashod Owens earning spots on the Biletnikoff Award Watch List, while Justin Wright and De’Zhaun Stribling were named to the Comeback Player of the Year List.

🔼 Welcome To Cowboy Country. The David Taylor era is off to quite a start.

This week, Taylor and his staff added another big time name to the stable of talent with standout heavyweight Wyatt Hendrickson joining the Cowboys.

Hendrickson comes to OSU after four years at Air Force and has one year of eligibility remaining.

He arrives in Stillwater as one of the most powerful bonus-point threats in college wrestling as a four-time national qualifier and back-to-back third-place finisher at the NCAA Championships. With conference titles as a sophomore and junior, Hendrickson became the first Big 12 champion and four-time placer in Air Force history, cementing his place as one of the most decorated Falcons of all-time.

In all, Hendrickson enters the 2024-25 season with a 100-11 record while earning bonus points in nearly 75% of his career matches. He boasts 43 wins over ranked opponents, 10 of which came against wrestlers in the top 10,

🔼 Called To The Hall. This week, two of our own were called to the Hall.

OSU Legends Patty McGraw-Coatney and Shelby Wilson were amongst six that were inducted as part of the Class of 2024 for the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame.

While at Oklahoma State University, McGraw-Coatney was a two-time All Big-8 performer. She also added three more Oklahoma Amateur titles.

With the Cowboys, Wilson had a 34-2 collegiate career record, earning three Big Eight titles and two NCAA runner up finishes. Shelby captured an Olympic gold medal in the men’s freestyle lightweight, 67-kilogram division, at the Rome Olympics in 1960.

Growing up less than an hour from Oklahoma State,
Jeff Roberson has known America’s Brightest Orange from birth.

This fall, he enters his final year wearing that uniform as our #22 is back for one last run. The veteran linebacker has twice been honored as on
the First Team Big 12 All-Academic squad, including being recognized last fall.

🎥 OSUMAX: EMBRACE THE GRIND

The 2024 Cowboys began camp as one of the most experienced
teams in the country, returning 20 starters from a team
finishing 10-4 in 2023.

Among the group returning are five starters on the offensive line and
others with experience helping the program build a solid foundation.
Go inside the beginning of fall practice as the guys up front provide the cornerstone for the 2024 Cowboys.
