As a two-time Academic All-American, rising junior Aden Kelley
has shown his ability to succeed both on and off the field.

In two-plus seasons, the Thomas, Okla. native has played in 19 games and looks to make a big impact on the Cowboys’ defensive unit this upcoming fall.

🔺 On The Prowl. It’s officially summer and OSU Hall of Famer Rickie Fowler is kicking it off in a big way.

Fowler opened up play at the 2024 Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Conn. with a bogey-free 64 to earn a tie for second heading into Friday. He is just two shots off the leader.

The former Cowboy is searching for his seventh career PGA Tour victory and first of the 2024 campaign.

Rickie is joined by another former Poke as Wyndham Clark shot a 4-under in his opening round to sit in a tie for 13th place.

🔺 Welcome To Cowboy Country. Two OSU programs got big news on the first official day of summer with the Cowboys men’s golf and men’s track & field programs landing impact newcomers.

On the track, the Cowboys announced the addition of two-time Division II All-American Rajaun Ricketts, who comes to Stillwater after a star-studded triple-jumping career at Benedict College.

On the course, Ethan Fang, a former standout at Cal, joined America’s Brightest Orange.

Fang, who will be a sophomore this upcoming year for OSU, was tabbed as a PING All-Region selection as well as an All-Pac 12 second-team selection and a Pac-12 All-Freshman squad pick. The Plano, Texas native competed in 13 stroke play events, tallying a 71.82 stroke average.

Including his first three college starts, Fang finished in the top 20 on seven occasions and also landed in the top 10 four times.
