In her redshirt freshman season at LSU, she went 33-8 overall in singles competition, including a 19-2 record in dual matches, and served as LSU's most successful court one athlete posting a 9-2 record. Additionally, she won ten straight on court two and earned All-SEC First Team honors. The transfer concluded last season ranked No. 9 in singles competition in the ITA rankings, the highest of her career. She also ranked as high as No. 6 in doubles competition.
🤔 COWGIRL TRIVIA
In honor of Women’s College World Series Eve, we’re running it back a few years to one of the most iconic postseason performances in Cowgirl softball history.
Back in 2019, Samantha Show rocketed two solo homers to score the only two runs in a 2-1 victory over Florida—and she picked up the win in the circle, becoming just the second pitcher in Women’s College World Series history to hit two home runs and earn the win in the same game.

Drew Blake, Oklahoma State redshirt freshman pitcher and Cowboy fan since childhood, fell in love with baseball thanks to his father Randy—a lifelong friend of Coach Josh Holliday.
But in 2021, Drew battled on the field while Randy was in a battle for his life after contracting COVID, leading to him needing a double lung transplant.
Learn more about his story and why organ donation means so much to the Drew Family.
