📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Stilly, Stilly, Y’all! If old school SportsCenter was still around, the highlights would be followed by “They’re En Fuego.”

Xcaret Pineda scored her sixth goal of the season in the 61st minute to provide the difference maker.

Next up? A trip to TCU on Sunday afternoon.

🔼 One Hale Of A Cowboy. Marching onto the semifinals!

Not only is redshirt senior Alex Hale a weapon for the Orange and Black on the field, he’s a tremendous ambassador off of it as well.

Hale was named amongst the semifinalists being considered for the 2023 William V. Campbell Trophy, which is known as college football's premier scholar-athlete award and recognizes an individual as the best football scholar-athlete in the nation for combined academic success, football performance and exemplary leadership.

A native of Point Frederick, New South Wales, Australia, Hale graduated from Oklahoma State in December of 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science/Pre-Professional, and is now in graduate school studying Health & Human Performance/Applied Exercise Science.

On the field, he lettered in 2020, 2021 and 2022 and is on his way to a fourth in 2023. He was a semifinalist for the Lou Groza Award in 2020 and was the FBS leader with 2.17 made field goals per game before missing the final five games of that season. In his career, he has made 22 of 27 field goal attempts and hit a career-long 53-yard attempt in this year's game at Iowa State. He is 6-for-7 on fields goals this season.

The NFF will announce 12-14 finalists for the Campbell Trophy on October 25, and each of them will receive an $18,000 postgraduate scholarship as a member of the 2023 NFF National Scholar-Athlete Class Presented by Fidelity Investments.

🔼 Riding Through Rome. Get your rest. Set those alarms. Brew that coffee.

The 2023 Ryder Cup is here and the Orange and Black have their fingerprints all over it with a program record three former Cowboys in action.

Wyndham Clark and Rickie Fowler are donning the Red, White & Blue, while Viktor Hovland will be on the tees for Team Europe. Clark becomes the ninth different former Cowboy to play in the event.

The TV Coverage for the prestigious event is as follows:

Today: 12:30 a.m.-11 a.m. CT (USA)
Tomorrow: 12:30-2 a.m. CT (USA); 2 a.m.-11 a.m. (NBC, Peacock)
Sunday: 4:30 a.m.-12 p.m. CT (NBC, Peacock)

🔼 Turning Heads. She hasn’t even played a single game in Stillwater and she’s already making noise.

Incoming transfer Kennedy Fauntleroy for the OSU women’s basketball team was recently named 10th among all impact transfers by ESPNW.

Fauntleroy was the BIG EAST Freshman of the Year at Georgetown, averaging 11 points per game, four rebounds, three assists and 2.5 steals for the Hoyas.
