🎥 OSUMAX: READY TO ROCK

It’s become a yearly tradition: the venture to Broken Bow.

The Cowgirls headed on their annual pre-NCAA Tournament trip this week to get away and recharge before today’s regional kicked off.

Go inside the trip with sophomore Haidyn Sokoloski and her teammates as the Cowgirls celebrate another national seed.

🎥 OSUMAX: MEET THE NEW GUYS

There’s a lot of new faces around GIA with Coach Lutz and his staff.

Over the next week, we’ll introduce each and every one of them to you all.

First up: Associate Head Coach James Miller.

In this video, you'll get to know Oklahoma State's new associate head coach, James Miller. Coach Miller has a long history of coaching success, and he's excited to be a part of the Cowboy family.

Miller talks about his coaching journey, from his time as a high school player to his most recent stint as an assistant coach at Mississippi State. He also shares his thoughts on what it means to be a part of OSU basketball and why he's excited about the future of the program.

🔺 It’s Go Time. This is what it’s all about.

A HUGE weekend ahead for the Pokes as NCAA action kicks off here at home and out on the West Coast.

This morning, OSU women’s golf hits the course in Carlsbad, California in their fourth straight trip to the NCAA Championship round.

Seeded 28th in the field, the Cowgirls head to Carlsbad fresh off the program's best round ever in an NCAA Regional, carding a 9-under 279 to close the NCAA East Lansing Regional in second place, with Maddison Hinson-Tolchard and Marta Silchenko finishing in the top 10.

Later today, the fifth-ranked OSU softball squad takes their home field at Cowgirl Stadium to kick off NCAA Regional action, battling Northern Colorado in the opener at 4:30 today.

🔺 Among The Elite. The NCAA Championship hasn’t even started out west and we’ve already got hardware headed back to Stillwater.

On the eve of the 2024 NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championship, senior Angelica Pfefferkorn was honored with the NCAA Elite 90 Award.

The Elite 90 recognizes one individual from each of the NCAA's 90 championship sports who has reached the pinnacle of competition and academic standards. The award is presented to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average among final site participants.

Pfefferkorn is the first Cowgirl golfer to win this prestigious accolade. She posted a 4.0+ GPA in every semester of his collegiate career and graduated earlier this month with a degree in nutritional science pre-med.

🔺 Bengin’ Out. Watch Out Shohei, Carson is coming your way.

This week, OSU star Carson Benge earned not one, but two spots on national award lists. The sophomore was named a semifinalist for the Dick Howser Trophy and John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Year Awards.

Benge is one of 68 semifinalists for the Howser Trophy, which is awarded to the top player in college baseball, while he is one of 10 semifinalists for the Olerud Award for the second consecutive year.

A sophomore outfielder and pitcher, Benge is hitting .328 and leads the Cowboys in nine offensive categories, including home runs (15), doubles (20), RBIs (57), walks (43) and total bases (135).

On the mound, the right-hander has made 16 appearances, 14 of those in relief, and is 2-1 with three saves and a 2.45 ERA. In 25 2/3 innings of work, he has tallied 30 strikeouts, and opponents are hitting just .179 against him.

🎥 OSUMAX: NEVER ENOUGH BARRY!

The wait is over. It’s time to enjoy the one of the
best Pokes of all time, Barry Sanders.

Last night, OSUMax unveiled the first part of a brand new
original film, Barry Sanders: Out of Nowhere.

Out of Nowhere tells the story of how Barry became Barry,
weaving through his childhood in Wichita and the pivotal
moments that shaped his legendary career.

Through exclusive interviews with his family, close friends,
former teammates, coaches and Barry himself,
Barry Sanders: Out of Nowhere provides an
unprecedented glimpse into the Cowboy icon.
