🤔 COWBOY TRIVIA

Getting Defensive. Entering Big 12 play, not only has OSU had an upstart offense this season, but the defensive unit has been stifling over the past few weeks.

Since August 24, the Cowgirls have allowed just three total goals in six games (5-1 over that span). Their 0.63 goals against average rank in the top-45 nationally and third best in the Big 12.

What’s the highest that OSU has ever ranked nationally in GAA?

🎉 TRIVIA ANSWER

Answer: Numero Uno.

That’s right, in 2011, OSU not only set a program record, but also led the country with a 0.34 behind All-American Adrianna Franch, whom we’ve heard turned out to be pretty decent.

The current mark of 0.63 goals against average would rank second all-time in program history.

🤠 Have a great Thursday, y’all!
