Fowler Sits Down For A New Edition of Pokes Face-To-Face
TGIF Pokes. Let’s be honest, we can’t get enough Rickie.
It’s tough to find someone who bleeds more Orange and Black than Rickie Fowler.
The former Cowboy not only left his mark in Stillwater, but he’s continued to fly the OSU flag throughout his pro career.
What all do we have stirring in today’s Brew! Check it out below!

🎥 OSU MAX: FACE-TO-FACE WITH RICKIE
Rickie Fowler is one of the newest members inducted to the OSU Hall of Honor.
Before his big night in Stillwater last week, OSU Golf Sports Information Director Ryan Cameron had a chance to catch up with Rickie to discuss his early years in golf, playing at OSU and what his professional career has been like since leaving Oklahoma State.

🔼 And Another One. 96 seconds. That’s all it took and the Cowgirls were on the board.
Senior Alex Morris led a beautiful feed to sophomore Logan Heausler for her third straight game with a goal and that was enough as the Orange and Black moved to a perfect 2-0 in Big 12 play with a hard-fought, nail-biting 1-0 home win over Kansas.
OSU has now won eight of its past nine games and have seven shutouts already in 2023.
Next up? A Sunday home date with the Wildcats of Kansas State.
🔼 The Return of Roberson. Overcoming injuries is never easy. It takes determination, patience, hard work and character.
Jeff Roberson has put every bit of each one of those traits on display as the veteran has returned to the gridiron this fall for the Cowboys.
🔼 Poll Position. It’s almost here.
That’s right, the OSU equestrian squad is less than two weeks away from their 2023-24 season opener, set for Thursday, Oct. 5 against TCU.
They will enter that showdown as the #5 team in the country as the national rankings were released this week. It marks the ninth consecutive season that the Cowgirls have been ranked in the preseason top-10.
One year removed from its first overall NCEA national championship, OSU had yet another successful season in 2022-23, highlighted by its third straight Big 12 title and another trip to the national semifinals.
The Cowgirls finished last season 11-5, including a 6-2 overall record in conference play.

🔼 Cowboy Comeback. “It's not about how many times you fall down. It's about how many times you get back up”
After this weekend’s tough 33-7 home loss to South Alabama, the Cowboys will be looking for a bounce back opportunity in a big way to kick off Big 12 conference play.
First up? A trip to Ames and a Saturday afternoon date with the Cyclones of Iowa State.

The success on the diamond speaks for itself for OSU baseball and softball.
But the bonds formed off the field is even more special.
The Orange and Black are enjoying the fall season grind and continuing to prepare for what will surely be epic spring seasons in Stillwater.
