Three of our leaders were on the mics yesterday as Coach Smith, Coach Hoyt and Coach Rencher all reflected on their teams seasons so far and looked ahead at what’s to come.

Isabel Diaz is on a mission to become the first female head coach in NFL history. 

Her journey began from a young age watching football with her grandfather.  The coaching aspect of her career began in high school and led her to forge a relationship with Oklahoma safeties coach Dan Hammerschmidt.

Isabel attended OSU working on the football film crew before getting a chance to become a student assistant coach.  Now she is in the NFL with the Indianapolis Colts as the inaugural Harriet P. Irsay Fellow.
