We’re not math experts here, but we’re pretty sure that’s a good percentage.
That’s what the OSU wrestling squad is boasting after all 10 Cowboy starters sit in the top-22 nationally in the latest coaches rankings released this week.
Of the 10 Cowboys in the poll, seven of them cracked the top-10 at their weight. Troy Spratley showed the biggest improvement among the lineup, moving up six spots to No. 9. Daton Fix, who did not appear in the initial ranking due to match number requirements, placed second at 133 pounds, giving Oklahoma State a pair of No. 2 wrestlers alongside 184-pounder Dustin Plott. Teague Travis and Luke Surber also debuted in this week's poll at No. 10 and No. 22, respectively.

Not one, but ✌️ OSU hoops game are on the docket with the men’s squad taking on BYU at 1 pm, followed by the women hosting Houston at 4 pm.
During the men’s game, the Orange & Black will honor the 20th anniversary of the 2003-04 squad that reached the Final Four.

After a hosting a hoops doubleheader on Saturday, GIA will be busy again on Sunday as the #2 ranked wrestling boys will host Bedlam as the Sooners come to town for a 2 pm matchup.

🎥 OSUMAX: FACE-TO-FACE WITH FIX
Oklahoma State redshirt senior Daton Fix is in the final season of an incredible career on the mat.
Fix is 118-6 in his six wrestling seasons in Stillwater and seventh overall after redshirting in the 2019-20 season. He is also a four-time All-American hoping to pick up number five while helping lead his team back to the national championship podium in 2024.

Earlier this year, the Cowboys dominated the Sooners in Norman for the 18th straight victory.
That was also the 150th all-time for OSU in the Bedlam series. The Cowboys leads the series with Oklahoma, 150-27-10, while John Smith is 57-6-3 against the Sooners as head coach.
